As a business growth expert, Roger is regularly asked to work in company as a Business Advisor. In this capacity he will bring you wholly unbiased, independent, 'hands-on' help, typically spending around 6-10 days in a year helping your profitable business growth.

Roger's mentoring and coaching skills have been the key not only to improved personal effectiveness, but also to reduced stress levels of CEOs, MDs and senior executives - helping to make it fun again!

However confident you are as a business leader / owner there are always those moments when you wish that another mature and experienced business person was available to provide a second opinion and ideas - perhaps just someone to bounce ideas off. Often one of the biggest problems for anyone who runs a business is that 'we don't know what we don't know'.

Roger also acts in a Non-Executive, Independent, Director capacity on company Boards. The time commitment in these roles may be from as little as attendance at 4 quarterly Board meetings to 50 or 60 days in a year.
